Portfolio Management Business definition
Portfolio Management Business means the segment of the Company’s consolidated business relating to Portfolio Management Assets, including without limitation, collecting, purchasing, managing, selling and disposing of Portfolio Management Assets and any financing thereof and any other activities that are ancillary or complementary thereto or are a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof.
