Portfolio Option Criteria for the Bachelor of Liberal Studies: Students must meet all of the following criteria at the time of portfolio submission: • Full acceptance and active student status • Completion of the English written communication proficiency requirement • Good academic standing (cumulative grade point average of 2.0 in all ▇▇▇▇▇ University course work) • Attendance at the Portfolio Seminar • Documentation of five years of professional work experience and/or community activities.
Unit members that have at least four years of experience and whose last three evaluations have been satisfactory may choose with the consent of the Evaluator the option of doing a Partner Option, a Portfolio Option or being evaluated by an Administrator using Form A – Traditional.
Employees participating in the Portfolio Option (an alternative evaluation model involving a collection of work samples focusing upon a particular area of concentration) shall be permanent employees, with five years of service in the District, whose performance on the Summary Evaluation “Meets Standards” for each of the immediate preceding five years.
