At any time from the date hereof through the Revolver Maturity Date, Borrower may request and the Banks agree to make Advances under the Revolving Facility to Borrower to finance (i) working capital needs for its business, (ii) payments of dividends, (iii) repurchases of capital stock of Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc., and (iv) acquisitions permitted by Section 7.3 – and not for any other purpose.
