Poseidon Principles Technical Guidance means the Poseidon Principles Technical Guidance version 4.2 dated April 2023, as published on h▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/poseidon 173 _principles/ Recognized Organization: shall mean in respect of a ship, an organization duly recognized by that ship’s flag state which is an Approved Classification Society (or another organization requested by the Borrower and accepted by the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders)) and duly authorized to determine that ship’s compliance with regulation 22A of Annex VI (IMO DCS) by way of the Vessel Carbon Intensity Certificate.
