Position of Influence definition
Position of Influence means the authority or responsibility to directly or indirectly administer, manage, direct, supervise, monitor or oversee Contract transport services or this Agreement, including any or all of the following:
Position of Influence means the authority and responsibility described in item (4) of the definition of “Contract Managers”. Post-Closure means post-closure of the Landfill or portions of the Landfill in accordance with Applicable Law, including all maintenance and monitoring. PRC means the California Public Resources Code. Rate Period means a twelve- (12-) month period, commencing January 1 and concluding December 31.
