Positive Net Asset Position definition

Positive Net Asset Position means that total assets of the Program exceed total liabilities of the Program.
Positive Net Asset Position means total assets less goodwill and other intangible assets less total liabilities
Positive Net Asset Position means that total assets exceed total liabilities.

Examples of Positive Net Asset Position in a sentence

  • K12 Fee Credits will not be due until the School is in a Positive Net Asset Position, if ever.

  • The sum of such payments in a given year shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the Positive Net Asset Position in a given Fiscal Year.

  • Of the second $100,000 or less of the Positive Net Asset Position, if any, the amount due K12 will be 50% of such $100,000 or $50,000.
