POSSIBLE MATURITY DATE definition
POSSIBLE MATURITY DATE. The Distribution Date occurring in October 2032, which is the Distribution date occurring in the month following the final scheduled maturity date of the Mortgage Loan in the Trust Fund having the latest scheduled maturity date as of the Cut-off Date. For purposes of the Treasury Regulations under Code section 860A through 860G, the latest possible maturity date of each regular interest issued by REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III shall be the Latest Possible Maturity Date.
POSSIBLE MATURITY DATE. The Distribution Date following the third anniversary of the scheduled maturity date of the Mortgage Loan having the latest scheduled maturity date as of the Cut-off Date.
POSSIBLE MATURITY DATE. The Distribution Date in October 2035.
