Post-Employment Condition definition

Post-Employment Condition means the Participant may not provide services (whether as an employee, consultant or advisor) to any for-profit entity other than the Company or its Affiliates during the Post-Termination Period without the approval of the Administrator, which may be exercised in its sole discretion.
