Postal Interruption definition

Postal Interruption means a cessation of normal public postal service in Canada or the United States of America or in any part of Canada or the United States of America affecting the Company or the Indemnitees that is or may reasonably be expected to be of more than forty-eight (48) hours duration;
Postal Interruption means a cessation of normal public postal service in Canada or in any part of Canada affecting MindMed or the Indemnitees that is or may reasonably be expected to be of more than forty-eight (48) hours duration; and

Related to Postal Interruption

  • Postal service means the United States postal service.

  • postal services : means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.
