Examples of Postseason Home Game in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that they may be denied entry to or ejected from a Postseason Home Game and any future Postseason Home Game, without any refund of the applicable Ticket price or any other amounts, if Licensee is in violation of the Standards.

  • In the event that a Postseason Home Game to which a Ticket grants admission is not played or does not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game under MLB’s Official Baseball Rule 7.01 (formerly 4.10) on the specified date (each, a “Cancelled Game”), the Ticket for the Cancelled Game will grant admission to the rescheduled game (the “Rescheduled Game”) and should be retained by the bearer of the Ticket.

  • Reasons for a Postseason Home Game being unplayed include (i) the Toronto Blue Jays failing to qualify for participation in a particular Postseason Series that includes that Postseason Home Game, and (ii) a Postseason Series ending without that Postseason Home Game being scheduled or played (e.g. where a series is won by a team without the need for that Postseason Home Game to be played).

  • For the purposes of this Section 15, a Postseason Home Game will be considered “unplayed” only if it is not played as initially scheduled and is never rescheduled to, and played on, an alternate date and/or time.

  • Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Fragrance means a substance or complex mixture of aroma chemicals, natural essential oils, and other functional components with a combined vapor pressure not in excess of 2 mm of Hg at 20oC, the sole purpose of which is to impart an odor or scent, or to counteract a malodor.
