Postsecondary education institutions definition

Postsecondary education institutions means public and private colleges and universities, and vocational and technical institutions and schools.
Postsecondary education institutions means any campus of the UC, the CSU, the CCC, an independent institution of higher education, as defined in Education Code Section 66010, and a private postsecondary education institution as defined in Education Code Section 94858.
