Examples of Potential Transferring in a sentence

  • It is contemplated that a portion of the initial staffing needs of the Company shall be satisfied from the transfer to the Company of existing Member employees to be identified by Member Approval ("Potential Transferring Employees").

  • The Chief Executive Officer will promptly notify each Member of acceptance of any such offer by such Member's Potential Transferring Employees (any such acceptance shall constitute the employee a "Transferring Employee").

  • Offers to such Potential Transferring Employees shall provide for employment commencing on such terms and conditions as the Chief Executive Officer shall determine.

  • For a period of sixty (60) days after the date hereof, the Chief Executive Officer or his designated representatives shall be given the opportunity by each Member to interview all of the Potential Transferring Employees and to offer employment on behalf of the Company to such number of Potential Transferring Employees as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer.

  • The Transfer Letter shall be sent to the Potential Transferring Members by the Incumbent Contractor no later than sixty (60) days after the Cutover Date and shall specify that any response to the Transfer Letter shall be sent to the Incumbent Contractor.
