Pound Keeper definition

Pound Keeper means a person authorized by the local government to perform all or any of the functions conferred on a “pound keeper” under this local law;
Pound Keeper means a person, persons, association or society appointed by The Corporation of the City of Belleville to maintain and administer the pound.
Pound Keeper means a person, firm, corporation or association who has entered into a contract with the Corporation of the Township of Essa to maintain a dog pound and any servants or agents of such person;
