Power Availability definition

Power Availability means providing uninterrupted electrical Power to the data center infrastructure and the Equipment providing your Service. This Guarantee is not available if you have contracted for only A-Side Power Circuit(s) (without a B-Side Circuit(s)) or if your total utilization of an A & B Side pair exceeds 80% of the capacity of one of the circuits in the pair, or if you contract for a B-Side Circuit(s) and the Equipment you provide does not support multiple redundant power feeds.
Power Availability means the percentage of time during a specific calendar month that the power supply to a particular Space is available. Power Availability is based on ticket information from Rogers Customer Care. If an Out of Service Condition is detected or reported on a specific power supply, the power supply will be deemed to be unavailable for the length of the Out of Service Condition.

  • Additionally, if a Service Level violation specified in sections 4(c) Power Availability or 4(d) Environmental Envelope, persist for more than 72 consecutive hours, Customer may terminate the Order containing the affected Service(s) but not this Agreement, for cause.

  • The Electricity Supply Prices include the cost of Energy, the cost of Network Losses, the cost of Power Availability, the cost of Ancillary Services, the cost of Extraordinary Imports-Exports, the cost of Cross-border Trade, the cost of charges for the Weighted Average Variable Cost of Conventional Thermal Power Plants and the cost of the Grid Balance Settlement.

  • For redundant power configuration, failure of both A and B PDU circuit(s) at the same time will be considered an Out of Service condition for Power Availability.

  • The Power Availability Guarantee applies to the affected space/rack/cabinet only.

  • Power Availability means the percentage of time during a specific calendar month that the power supply to a particular Space is available.

  • DataBank guarantees that AC and/or DC power will be available to the Customer’s space/rack/cabinet 100% of the time if redundant circuits are delivered; otherwise 99.999% (Power Availability Guarantee).
