Power Charges shall have the meaning set forth in the Rate Agreement. “Priority Long Term Power Contract” shall have the meaning set forth in the Rate Agreement.

Power Charges means charges payable by an Allottee to the Maintenance Agency with respect to provision of electricity to the Unit(s) as described in Clause 8 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Power Charges

Power Charges means the total charges payable by the Customer obtained by multiplying the Hourly Rate by the aggregate number of Engine Flight Hours used during the period;
