Power Generation definition

Power Generation means the business of the Board in its capacity asBusiness" owner and operator of generation units. ;

The Business is located at a facility (the “Facility”) in Costa Mesa, California where it manufactures the less than 1 MW Organic Rankine Cycle waste heat power generator including the IPM (the “Product”)
Power Generation means the Power Generation functional area within PG&E, as that term has been used in the GRC.
