Borrowers will deliver within five (5) Business Days after delivering a PP&E Value Report to the Term Loan Agent pursuant to the Term Loan Credit Agreement a copy of such PP&E Value Report to Administrative Agent.
FMLP Value and PP&E Value shall be as defined and measured by IFRS, not GAAP.
