PPFG Securities Litigation means the consolidated federal securities class action litigation styled Public Pension Fund Group v. KV Pharmaceutical Company, et al., Case No. 08cv01859 (CEJ), pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and filed on behalf of the purchasers of publicly traded securities of K-V Pharmaceutical Company between June 15, 2004 and January 23, 2009.
