PPO Provider definition

PPO Provider means a Dental Provider who contracts with the dental plan and agrees to accept the PPO Contracted Fee as payment in full for services provided under the dental plan.
PPO Provider means a health care service provider that is contracted with and credentialed by a managed care organization to provide quality and cost effective services.
