PPP Project means an infrastructure project undertaken on a Public- Private Partnership basis between a public concessioning authority and a private SPV concessionaire selected on the basis of open competitive bidding or on the basis of an MoU with the relevant authorities;

PPP Project or “project” means a project to be implemented under a PPP agreement, and includes any of the types of projects specified in, but not limited to, those specified in Part III of the Fourth Schedule;

PPP Project means the project for reconstruction and maintenance of the object “М-10 Highway the border of the Russian Federation (Selistche) – Gomel –Kobrin km 109.9 – km 195.15” on the principles of public-private partnership, providing for the design, reconstruction, financing of the Project Road and the Transfer Elements, as well as operation and maintenance of the Project Road.

When a matter of procedural nature related to the award of a PPP project is not regulated by this Law then the provisions of the legislation in force on public procurement shall apply.
Before initiating tendering procedures for a PPP project, the contracting authority shall carry out a project feasibility study, which shall serve as the basis to decide whether a potential project should be implemented.
During the implementation of a PPP project, the contracting authority may require the works concessionaire to award contracts to third parties that are at least thirty percent (30%) of the total value of the work on which the concession is awarded, as well as simultaneously provide an opportunity to the bidders to increase this percentage.
