Examples of Project in a sentence
Neither the business nor the properties of Borrower or any other Loan Party or, to the knowledge of Borrower, any of the Major Project Participants are affected by any fire, explosion, accident, drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, act of God or of the public enemy, or other casualty or force majeure event (whether or not covered by insurance), which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
The Project and Equipment Deployment Forecast form is attached hereto as Exhibit H.
Assign its rights hereunder or under any of the other Operative Documents to any Person (other than Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries), or consent to the assignment by any Major Project Participant of its obligations under any Supply and Storage Agreement to which it is a party.

All obligations to pay real property or other Taxes, assessments, insurance premiums, and all other fees and charges arising from the Project or the acquisition, ownership, storage or maintenance of the Equipment and to perform all obligations under the Supply and Storage Agreements, shall be the sole responsibility of the applicable Loan Party.
