Préfecture definition

Préfecture means any of the sixteen (16) administrative areas of the Recipient’s territory and "Préfectures" means all of these areas.
Préfecture means a selected administrative district in the territory of the Borrower headed by a Prefect, and operating under the Borrower’s Decree No. 004/PRG/SGG/89 of January 5, 1989;
