PR Councillor definition

PR Councillor means a proportional representative municipal councillor elected in terms of section 22(1) (a) of the Local Government Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998 to represent a party on the council of the Municipality

PR Councillor means a councillor elected in accordance with section 22(1) (a) of the Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1999;
