Practice Entity definition

Practice Entity means Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C., a Pennsylvania professional corporation owned by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, M.D., FACEP, a Pennsylvania licensed physician and Bravo Health Advanced Care Center, P.C., a Maryland professional corporation owned by Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, M.D., FACEP, a Maryland licensed physician.
Practice Entity means any partnership, trust or body corporate or unincorporate in or through which persons who are Members, or include a Member or Members, practise as public accountants.
Practice Entity means each entity (other than any Subsidiary of the Company), the primary purpose of which is to provide professional veterinary services, that is consolidated by the Company in the Company Financial Statements.

  • The Dental Practice Entity and CDS intend to act and perform as independent contractors, and the provisions hereof are not intended to create any partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the parties.

  • The Dental Practice Entity shall be responsible for all such liabilities in excess of the limits of such policies.

  • The relationship between the Management Sub and the Practice Entity does not violate any Law, including the corporate practice of medicine doctrine or prohibitions against fee-splitting or referrals to the Practice Entity or its employed or independently-contracted health care professionals, as applied in the State of Maryland or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as the case may be.
