PRC Approval definition

PRC Approval means any filings with, applications to or consents or approvals from any Government Authority within the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the National Development Reform Committee, the State Administration for Foreign Exchange, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and any other related entities. PRC Approval means any approval, consent, permit, authorization, filing, registration, exemption, waiver, qualification and license required by the applicable PRC Laws to be obtained from any Governmental Agency. “Governmental Approvals” shall be construed accordingly.
PRC Approval means any necessary filings with, applications to or consents or approvals from certain governmental authority within the PRC, including but not limited to the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Foreign Exchange, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and any other related entities as more particularly described under the heading “Regulatory Matters”;

PRC Approval means any filings with, applications to or consents or approvals from any Government Authority within the PRC with respect to the Offer, including but not limited to the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the National Development Reform Committee, the State Administration for Foreign Exchange, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and any other related entities;
PRC Approval means any approval, consent or permission required from any PRC Governmental Entity to implement the Proposed Transaction after execution of this Agreement;
PRC Approval means the issuance of a certificate of outbound investment by enterprises by MOFCOM, the National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC and State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC with respect to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Related to PRC Approval

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.
