PRC Products definition
PRC Products means, as of any date of determination, any Products held in PRC Included Locations.

For so long as parts for PRC Products ("PRC Parts") are available from Seller's current on-hand supplies of PRC Parts, Buyer may purchase these PRC Parts at Seller's cost therefor.
