PRC Securities definition

PRC Securities means A-Shares, B-Shares and shares issued by PRC resident enterprises on overseas stock exchanges (e.g. H-Shares).
PRC Securities means RMB financial instruments which are permitted for investment by QFIIs from time to time and which may include: (a) shares (excluding B Shares) traded on the Stock Exchanges, (b) government bonds traded on the Stock Exchanges, (c) convertible bonds traded on the Stock Exchanges, (d) securities investment funds, (e) warrants traded on the Stock Exchanges, and (f) any other financial instruments approved for the purposes of the QFII scheme by the CSRC from time to time.
PRC Securities means any shares, bonds, warrants or other securities listed on any stock exchange in the PRC (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), securities investment funds quoted in Renminbi or any other financial instruments in which a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor may from time to time invest under the laws and regulations of the PRC (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
