Examples of Pre-Commencement Phase Services in a sentence

  • The Pre-Commencement Phase Services shall commence on the Notice to Proceed Date.

  • Owner shall pay to Operator a fixed fee of $390,000 for the Pre-Commencement Phase Services (the "Pre-Commencement Phase Services Fee").

  • Operator acknowledges that the obligation of Owner to pay the Pre-Commencement Phase Services Fee and the Management Fee is subordinate to the obligation of Owner to pay Debt Service (as defined in the Loan Agreement to the Project Lenders).

  • The proposed Pre-Commencement Phase Budget shall be based on Operator's assessment of the required Pre-Commencement Phase Services and reflects the most economical and reasonable means of performing such Services in accordance with the Standards of Performance.

  • Until such time as Operator receives such instructions, Operator shall continue to perform the Pre-Commencement Phase Services according to the terms of this Agreement as permitted under the Pre-Commencement Phase Budget then in effect.

Related to Pre-Commencement Phase Services

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
