Pre-Completion Revenues definition

Pre-Completion Revenues means all cash flows, revenues and other amounts received by the Controlled Company Parties prior to the Project Completion Date pursuant to any Customer Agreement.
Pre-Completion Revenues has the meaning given in Section 8.5(a)(iii) (Sale of Pre-Completion Quantities).
Pre-Completion Revenues means the Services Division Operating Companies’ Revenues recognised in the 12 month period ending on the Completion Date (excluding revenues recognized related to the Access Fee and research and development tax credits), stated in the Pre-Completion Revenue Statement;

  • Proceeds of any such disposition by the Borrower pursuant to this Section 12.17 (Sale of Project Property) shall be deposited in the Pre-Completion Revenues Account or the Revenue Account; provided that proceeds of any disposition of assets requiring mandatory prepayment under Section 3.4 (Mandatory Prepayments) shall be deposited into the Additional Proceeds Prepayment Account.

More Definitions of Pre-Completion Revenues

Pre-Completion Revenues means with respect to any Development Project, Project Revenues earned by (or allocable to) such Development Project, prior to Project Completion thereof.
Pre-Completion Revenues means aggregated Revenues generated by the Company during the Pre-Completion Period;
Pre-Completion Revenues has the meaning given in Schedule A of the A&R CSAA.
Pre-Completion Revenues means any revenues received by the Borrower prior to the earlier of the Project Completion Date and the First Payment Date.
