Pre-Conference definition

Pre-Conference. A meeting prior to an observation which must be a face-to-face meeting and may include the submission of the employee's lesson plan.
Pre-Conference. A building administrator will meet individually with each certified staff member prior to the end of the first quarter. In this meeting goals for the year will be discussed and questions regarding the evaluation tool will be answered. The principal may request that the teacher bring artifacts to the pre-conference.
