Pre-Construction Costs definition

Pre-Construction Costs means the aggregate of the capital costs of the Keeyask Project incurred after March 31, 2009, up to the date of the Construction Start, plus interest accrued or accruing on such capital costs after March 31, 2009, up to the Final Closing Date, but does not include:
Pre-Construction Costs means the cost of eligible items incurred prior to the start of construction, including project planning costs, architectural fees, deposits and process payments on eligible machinery and equipment, rights- of-way purchases, land, and purchase of mineral rights.
Pre-Construction Costs means actual costs incurred by Contractor for those tasks identified in the document entitled “Sunnybrook M-Wing Vertical Expansion Draft Pre- construction Budget, June 19, 2006” and included in Schedule 5Financial Model and Information.

Pre-Construction Costs means all costs associated with a potential nuclear plant incurred before issuance of a final certificate under the Utility Facility Siting and Environmental Protection Act, including, without limitation, the costs of evaluation, design, engineering, environmental and geotechnical analysis and permitting, contracting, other required permitting including early site permitting and combined operating license permitting, and initial site preparation costs and related consulting and professional costs, and shall include AFUDC associated with those costs.
