PRE-EMPLOYMENT definition

PRE-EMPLOYMENT. All offers of employment with the Hospital are 6 contingent upon the applicant passing the exam/drug test which will be 7 conducted at the Hospital. Any applicant testing positive for an illegal drug 8 will not be hired. All specimens which initially show a detectable level of 9 drugs shall also undergo a second confirmatory test.
