Pre-Opening Activities definition

Pre-Opening Activities means those services performed or caused to be performed by Manager in connection with preparations to prepare the Project for opening, which are described more fully in Section 4(w).

Pre-Opening Activities means the following activities which ---------------------- shall be performed by Management Company prior to (or immediately after) the Opening Date; (1) recruiting, training and employing the staff required for the Hotel; (2) negotiating concession contracts (if any); (3) undertaking pre- opening promotion and advertising, including opening celebrations; (4) testing the operations of the Hotel; (5) providing, for a period to end not later than sixty (60) days after the Opening Date, a task force of experts and personnel to supervise and assist with certain pre-opening and opening operations;

Pre-Opening Activities is defined in Section 1.4(B). "Premium Seating" is defined in the Team Agreement. "Prohibited Uses" means the uses set forth in Exhibit B. "Project Agreements" is defined in the Background. "Project Lease" is defined in Section 1.1(E).

Examples of Pre-Opening Activities in a sentence

  • Following completion of all Pre-Opening Activities by Management Company and the payment of all Hotel Systems Expenses and Pre-Opening Expenses, including, without limitation, the Pre-Opening Fee, any amounts advanced by TRS which remain in the Pre-Opening Account shall be promptly transferred to TRS.
