Following completion of all Pre-Opening Activities by Management Company and the payment of all Hotel Systems Expenses and Pre-Opening Expenses, including, without limitation, the Pre-Opening Fee, any amounts advanced by TRS which remain in the Pre-Opening Account shall be promptly transferred to TRS.
