Pre-Termination Notice means the notice issued to a tenant specifying the acts or omissions constituting a breach of the lease or rental agreement, such that the lease or rental agreement shall terminate upon a date not less than fifteen days after receipt of such notice, which notice shall be consistent with section 47a-15 of the Connecticut General Statutes;
