Precise Plan definition

Precise Plan means the NTC Precise Plan dated October 3, 2000, approved by the Agency and the City, as it may be amended or superceded.
Precise Plan is defined in Recital E. “Processing Fees” is defined in Section 2.2.2. “Project” is defined in Recital C.
Precise Plan means such rules and regulations as set forth in Section 42.20 of this Article and such other maps, rules, and regulations which are or may be adopted to protect and carry out the “Master Plan of Streets and Highways.”

Precise Plan means a specific development schematic or plan for all or a portion of a parcel of land.

  • Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;
