Predecessor Names and Marks definition

Predecessor Names and Marks means the names, marks, trade dress, logos, monograms, domain names and other source or business identifiers of RemainCo, SpinCo or any of their respective Affiliates using or containing “Hanover” or “Universal,” “Hanover” or “Universal” alone or in combination with other words or elements and all names, marks, trade dress, logos, monograms, domain names and other source or business identifiers confusingly similar to or embodying any of the foregoing either alone or in combination with other words or elements, together with the goodwill associated with any of the foregoing.

Related to Predecessor Names and Marks

  • Retained Names and Marks has the meaning specified in Section 5.07.

  • Predecessor Servicer Work Product shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

  • Tradenames means all telephone exchanges and numbers, trade names, trade styles, trade marks, and other identifying material, and all variations thereof, together with all related goodwill (it being understood and agreed that the name of the hotel chain to which the Hotel is affiliated by franchise, license or management agreement is a protected name or registered service xxxx of such hotel chain and cannot be transferred to Buyer by this Contract, provided that all such franchise, license, management and other agreements granting a right to use the name of such hotel chain or any other trademark or trade name and all waivers of any brand standard shall be assigned to Buyer.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Marks has the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Predecessor Notes of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 306 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note.

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Trade Dress means a logo, insignia, or emblem attached to or visible from the exterior of a TNC

  • Transferred Trademarks means the Trademarks, and applications for Trademarks, included in the Transferred Registered Intellectual Property.

  • Trade name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • Predecessor Note of any particular Note means every previous Note evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Note; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Note authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of or in exchange for a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Note that it replaces.

  • Predecessor Securities of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Security.

  • Noncommercial computer software means software that does not qualify as commercial computer software under paragraph (a)(1) of this clause.

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Industrial Designs means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to registered industrial designs and industrial design applications.

  • Business IP means Intellectual Property Rights that are used in and material to the Acquired Business as currently conducted and as currently proposed to be conducted.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.
