Examples of Predecessor Notes in a sentence
Any installment of interest or principal payable on any Note that is punctually paid or duly provided for by the Issuer on the applicable Payment Date shall be paid to the Person in whose name such Note (or one or more Predecessor Notes) is registered on the Record Date, either, at the option of the Indenture Trustee, by check mailed to the address of such Person as it appears on the Note Register or by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account designated by such Person.
The interest so payable, and punctually paid or duly provided for, on any Interest Payment Date will, as provided in such Indenture, be paid to the Person in whose name this Note (or one or more Predecessor Notes) is registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date for such interest, which shall be the February 1 and August 1 immediately preceding the relevant Interest Payment Date, as applicable.
