Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.
Book-Entry Preferred Securities Certificates means a beneficial interest in the Preferred Securities Certificates, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.
Book-Entry Preferred Security means a Preferred Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Depositary.
Predecessor Debenture means every previous Debenture evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Debenture; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Debenture authenticated and delivered under Section 2.9 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture.
Class ___ Certificate Any Certificate executed and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent on behalf of the Depositor in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit ___ hereto. The Class __ Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate or Certificate Balance.
Non-Book Entry Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(iii) of this Agreement.
Non Book-Entry Preferred Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Book-Entry Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-22 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the Class S Specific Grantor Trust Assets. The Class S Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.
Accrual Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.
Notional Amount Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.
Non-Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate other than a Book-Entry Certificate.
Book-Entry Securities Securities maintained in the form of entries (including, without limitation, the Security Entitlements in such Securities) in the commercial book-entry system of the Fed and held for the Trustee, directly or indirectly, by any Trustee's Fed Member. Book-Entry Securities shall not include, in any event, any Certificated Security (or any Security Entitlement in any Certificated Security) held, directly or indirectly, through a Clearing Corporation.
Global Preferred Security means a Preferred Securities Certificate evidencing ownership of Book-Entry Preferred Securities.
Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Predecessor Securities of any particular Security means every previous Security evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Security.
Definitive Preferred Securities Certificates means Preferred Securities issued in certificated, fully registered form that are not Global Preferred Securities.
Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Book-Entry Certificate Any Certificate registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee.
Book-Entry Capital Security means a Capital Security, the ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by a Clearing Agency as described in Section 5.11.
Predecessor Bond means, with respect to any particular Bond, every previous Bond evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Bond; and, for the purpose of this definition, any Bond authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of a mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen Bond.
Individual Certificate Any Private Certificate registered in the name of the Holder other than the Depository or its nominee.
Preferred Securities Certificate means a certificate evidencing ownership of Preferred Securities, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C.
Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
