Preexisting Conditions definition

Preexisting Conditions has the meaning as defined in Section 6.2.1(f).

Examples of Preexisting Conditions in a sentence

  • Certain changes may result in a new enrollment, which would terminate Your existing Policy and reset the Waiting Period and the determination of Pre-existing Conditions.

  • Pre-existing Conditions prior to the Waiting Period specified in section 4.

  • Bilateral Conditions, presenting on one (1) side of the body will be considered Pre-existing Conditions.

  • Such Pre-existing Conditions shall be the ongoing responsibility of the Client.

  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Client shall be responsible for addressing such Pre-existing Conditions.

  • OCWA, in providing these Services, is not responsible, accountable or liable, in any way, for Pre-existing Conditions, either directly or indirectly.

  • The new policy will be subject to the Waiting Period and the determination of Pre-existing Conditions.

  • If the application for this policy does not seek disclosure of Pre-existing Conditions, and a Pre-existing Condition is not specifically excluded in the policy or in a policy endorsement, Disability due to that Pre-existing Condition is excluded for the first 12 months following the Policy Effective Date.

  • In the event You choose to increase Your Pet’s Coverage after the Original Start Date, the Waiting Period and the determination of Pre-existing Conditions reset as of the date of the Coverage change.

  • Any Pre-existing Conditions shall include all such conditions existing prior to the reinstatement date.
