Preferred Distributor Agreement definition
Preferred Distributor Agreement means the Amended and Restated Preferred Distributor Agreement, dated as of the date of the Purchase Agreement, by and among the Company, SK ecoplant Co., Ltd. and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Fuel Cell, LLC, as may be amended, modified and supplemented, from time to time.
