Preferred Liquidation Preference definition

Preferred Liquidation Preference has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4(b) of this Article X.
Preferred Liquidation Preference means, an amount equal to (a) the Investment Amount, plus (b) the Preferred Return.

Preferred Liquidation Preference means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Preferred Unit, an amount equal to $1,000 plus any amounts added to such Preferred Unit as a result of a “Partial Accrual Election” made in accordance with, and as defined in, Section 4.8(b)(ii) of the Holdings LLC Agreement.
