Preferred Stock Portion definition

Preferred Stock Portion means (i) the sum of the Fully Diluted Parent Shares plus the Fully Diluted New Common Stock Issuance multiplied by (ii) 0.15.
Preferred Stock Portion means (i) the sum of the Fully Diluted Parent Shares plus the Fully Diluted New Common Stock Issuancemultiplied by (ii) 0.15.
Preferred Stock Portion means the percentage amount reflected on the Escrow Allocation Schedule.
