Preliminary Acceptance Test definition

Preliminary Acceptance Test means the preliminary acceptance tests of the Contracted Equipment conducted by the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator pursuant to the technical specification as stipulated in Appendix 1 attached hereto and the procedures and standards as set forth in Appendix 6. The Buyer, the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator will execute a certificate of Preliminary Acceptance upon successful completion of the Preliminary Acceptance Test.
Preliminary Acceptance Test. (“PXX”) means the acceptance test conducted by the Parties within seven (7) days after the completion of the installation of the Equipment.
Preliminary Acceptance Test. (PAT) shall mean the acceptance test conducted by the Parties within seven (7) days after the completion of the installation of the Equipment.

  • The USACE representative and/or DPW representatives shall be invited to attend and witness the Preliminary Acceptance Test, but are not required to be present.

  • E.11.1. When it has been demonstrated to MIMOS's satisfaction that the Equipment and/or Software has successfully met the requirements of the schedule of Preliminary Acceptance Tests, the Contractor shall provide MIMOS all applicable handover documentation, including without limitation site layout, Equipment layout and network design of the Equipment and Software supplied as well as the Preliminary Acceptance Test results (collectively, “Handover Documents”).

  • A Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) and Functional Quality Testing (FQT) is then conducted on the software.

  • All the cost incurred in solving such problem and resuming the Preliminary Acceptance Test shall be borne by the Seller/System Integrator.

  • Within 15 days prior to the commencement of the Preliminary Acceptance Test, the Seller/System Integrator should confirm in writing with the End-user the date of Preliminary Acceptance Test and submit the testing scheme and related documents consistent with the test procedures and standards of Preliminary Acceptance Test as set out in Appendix 6 attached hereto.

  • At the end of this stage, Serco will present to the City a Preliminary Requirements Specification and a Preliminary Acceptance Test Specification for approval.

  • Submit the Preliminary Acceptance Test report, and video recording of the event, to the Contracting Officer Representative, before requesting a Final Acceptance Test.

Related to Preliminary Acceptance Test

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Final Acceptance Date means, in respect of any Offer, the final date for acceptance of such Offer which, if such Offer is extended prior to becoming unconditional, shall be the final date for acceptance of the extended Offer (but, if such Offer is or becomes unconditional, disregarding any additional or further period during which such Offer is open for acceptance);

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Preliminary assessment means the first phase in the process of identifying areas of concern and determining whether contaminants are or were present at a site or have migrated or are migrating from a site, and shall include the initial search for and evaluation of, existing site specific operational and environmental information, both current and historic, to determine if further investigation concerning the documented, alleged, suspected or latent discharge of any contaminant is required. The evaluation of historic information shall be conducted from 1932 to the present, except that the department may require the search for and evaluation of additional information relating to ownership and use of the site prior to 1932 if such information is available through diligent inquiry of the public records.

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
