Preliminary Approvals definition

Preliminary Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 6.07.
Preliminary Approvals means the following: (i) in New Jersey, as defined in the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.) and (ii) for states other than New Jersey, a point in time equivalent thereto.
