Preliminary MRRS Decision Document definition
Preliminary MRRS Decision Document means the decision documents issued in accordance with the Mutual Reliance Review System evidencing that receipts for the Preliminary Prospectus have been issued for each of the Qualifying Provinces.
Preliminary MRRS Decision Document means the receipt dated May 11, 2007 for the Preliminary Prospectus issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on its own behalf and on behalf of the other Securities Commissions in accordance with the MRRS;
