Preliminary Project Budget definition

Preliminary Project Budget means an all-inclusive budget reflecting the estimated cost of construction of the Project based on the Preliminary Project Design, including contingencies consistent with industry standards and soft costs such as professional services and applicable taxes.
Preliminary Project Budget means the estimated budget for the Project attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Preliminary Project Budget means the budget for a New Development submitted to NYSCRF by the Company to support a request by the General Partner to commence a New Development or the redevelopment of a Redevelopment Property, including a pro forma operating budget.

  • PWRF’s responsibility for cost overruns includes responsibility for those due to unforeseen conditions that must be addressed for the Project to proceed, but only to the extent such conditions can be remedied with resources available within the Preliminary Project Budget.

  • The current Preliminary Project Budget to complete construction of the Project is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

More Definitions of Preliminary Project Budget

Preliminary Project Budget has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Project Framework Agreement;
Preliminary Project Budget has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.7(f); “Preliminary Project Schedule” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.7(h);
Preliminary Project Budget means a Project Budget Approved by the Project Committee which: (a) is based on the Preliminary Project Requirements, the Preliminary Design Framework, the Preliminary Project Schedule, and preliminary site information and existing conditions; (b) takes market conditions as well as basic implementation logistics into consideration; and (c) includes labour and material costs and initial construction contingencies and allowances; which preliminary Project Budget shall be determined in accordance with Section 4.6(a);
Preliminary Project Budget means that certain preliminary Project budget set forth in Attachment No. 9A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Preliminary Project Budget means the approved budget for the construction of the Project, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by reference made a part hereof. “Preliminary Project Program” as defined in Recital I and attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Preliminary Project Budget is attached hereto as Exhibit I, which identifies the estimated Project Costs for Phase II, which shall not exceed the Net Bond Proceeds-Phase II and the Cobalt Contributions-Phase II, and for Phase III, which shall not exceed the Net Bond Proceeds-Phase III and the Cobalt Contributions-Phase III. The “Final Project Budget” shall include all of the final Project Costs and shall not exceed the sum of (i) Net Bond Proceeds-Phase II, (ii) Net Bond Proceeds-Phase III, (iii) Cobalt Contributions-Phase II and (iii) Cobalt Contributions-Phase III. A copy of the Final Project Budget will be attached hereto as Exhibit J after the execution of this Agreement.
Preliminary Project Budget means the budget as provided by Article 5.1(b).
