Closing Date Balance Sheet has the meaning specified in Section 2.7.
Estimated Closing Date Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) hereof.
Final Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(e).
Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) below.
SpinCo Balance Sheet means the pro forma combined balance sheet of the SpinCo Business, including any notes and subledgers thereto, as of June 30, 2018, as presented in the Information Statement made available to the Record Holders.
Audited Balance Sheet means the audited balance sheet of the company prepared for the purposes of the Companies Acts for a financial year unless an audited consolidated balance sheet dealing with the state of affairs of the company and its subsidiary undertakings required to be dealt with in group accounts has been prepared for those purposes for the same financial year, in which case it means that audited consolidated balance sheet, and in that case all references to reserves shall be deemed to be references to consolidated reserves;
Unaudited Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a)(ii).
Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).
Preliminary Principal Loss Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to the Principal Loss Amount computed without giving effect to clause (d) of the definition of Principal Loss Amount.
Interim Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Payment Date Statement means a report setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Prospectus, which shall be in such form as is required under the Prospectus and otherwise as agreed upon between the Issuer and the Global Agent.
Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.
Reference Balance Sheet shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.3.
Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.
Latest Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Pro Forma Balance Sheet as defined in Section 4.1(a).
Pro Forma Note Balance means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate remaining principal amount of the Notes outstanding on such Distribution Date, after giving effect to distributions pursuant to clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a) hereof.
Class A-2 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in February 2027.
Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in May 2023.
Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class of Subordinated Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of (i) the Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over (ii) the sum of (a) all distributions in reduction of such Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates, and (b) the amount by which the Class Certificate Balance of such Class has been increased due to the distribution of any Subsequent Recoveries on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to a Class of Subordinated Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount will not be applied to reduce the Class Certificate Balance of such Class.
Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.
Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class C Certificates.
Principal Balance Certificate Any of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class A-SB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G and Class PEX Certificates.
Class B-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates.
