Preload Addendum definition

Preload Addendum means a written addendum executed by you and Microsoft that identifies which of your App(s) may be Preloaded on identified Microsoft Products.

  • In order for the enforcement measures to be effective, the Member States have to cooperate with the reinforced system that is set out in Chapter IV.

  • Termination or expiration of a Preload Addendum will not affect Microsoft's right to sell or distribute Microsoft Products on which your App(s) are Preloaded in accordance with a Preload Addendum.

  • You will deliver the App(s) to Microsoft no later than the date agreed upon in the Preload Addendum, at your sole cost, on appropriate media and format (as specified by Microsoft) suitable for Preloading on Microsoft Products.

  • Notwithstanding anything contrary in the App Developer Agreement, in the event your App(s) are Preloaded pursuant to a Preload Addendum, you agree (i) not to terminate the App Developer Agreement during the Term; and (ii) to keep your App(s) available in the Store throughout the Term.

  • Termination or expiration of a Preload Addendum will not affect any rights of a Customer to use your Product(s).

  • In order to assist you when you call, MYCITE Support personnel will be able to access your Personal Information.

  • UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the UK Information Commissioner under section 119A(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018 currently found at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/media/for- organisations/documents/4019539/international-data-transfer-addendum.pdf, as may be amended, superseded, or replaced.

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals
