If any Purchaser, Named Ticket Member or Guest is convicted of a ticket touting offence, or the Club reasonably suspects that they have committed such an offence, the Club will notify the Premier League who may in turn notify other football clubs, Football Authorities, event holders and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities.
