Premises Work definition

Premises Work means the following: any construction, repair, refurbishment or restoration, including without limitation, tenant improvements, build-out, alterations, additions, improvements, renovations, repairs, remodeling, painting and installations of fixtures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, security, telecommunications, low voltage or elevator equipment or systems or other equipment, or with respect to any other construction work in or to the Demised Premises.
Premises Work means the term defined in Section 1.14 of this License.
Premises Work means the work described in Section 11.01 of this Lease.

Examples of Premises Work in a sentence

  • Tenant shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other Communication from or on behalf of Landlord in connection with this Expansion Premises Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Landlord’s Representative.

  • No modification, waiver or amendment of this Expansion Premises Work Letter or of any of its conditions or provisions shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant.

  • Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (“Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Expansion Premises Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative.

  • No modification, waiver or amendment of this Second Expansion Premises Work Letter or of any of its conditions or provisions shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant.

  • In this regard, except as set forth in this Amendment, Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense for the Expansion Premises Work in accordance with the provisions of the Lease and this Amendment.

  • The terms and conditions relating to the Expansion Premises Work and the payment of the Expansion Premises Allowance are set forth in the Tenant Work Letter (Expansion Premises) attached as Exhibit “B-1” to this Amendment.

  • Whenever consent or approval of either party is required under this Expansion Premises Work Letter, that party shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay such consent or approval, except as may be expressly set forth herein to the contrary.

  • Tenant shall have the right to require changes in the Premises Work by making a written demand to Landlord describing the required change, but Landlord shall not perform any requested change unless a Change Order is issued with respect thereto.

  • Whenever consent or approval of either party is required under this Expansion Premises Work Letter, that party shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay such consent or approval, unless expressly set forth herein to the contrary.

  • Whenever consent or approval of either party is required under this Second Expansion Premises Work Letter, that party shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay such consent or approval, unless expressly set forth herein to the contrary.
